Low Slope Roofing

Single Ply

Duro-Last's custom-prefabricated, reinforced, thermoplastic membrane roofing system is ideal for any flat or low-sloped application. Extremely durable and easily installed by authorized contractors without disruption to daily activities, the Duro-Last single-ply roofing system is also leak-proof, resistant to chemicals, fire and high winds, and virtually maintenance-free. Over a billion square feet of Duro-Last membrane have been installed on all types of buildings and homes throughout North America.

Most roofing materials are sold in small uniform rolls; each Duro-Last roof is prefabricated to fit every roof precisely. By performing 80-85% of membrane seaming in the controlled factory environment, Duro-Last reduces the potential for rooftop installation errors and leaks that occur with other systems. Also, custom fabricated stacks and curb flashings eliminate the majority of on-site work from the most critical areas of the roof - the penetrations and transitions.

For nearly 30 years Duro-Last has been manufacturing and providing single-ply roofing systems to their authorize contractors, and many of those original roof systems are still providing durable, leak-proof protection today.

Unlike other roofing systems that require ongoing maintenance, such as re-coating, patching or replacement after only a few years, the Duro-Last roofing system is your best long-term investment. Once installed, a Duro-Last roof is watertight and virtually maintenance-free. There will be not "hidden" maintenance costs when you install Duro-Last, only high quality materials that will provide a leak-proof roof for years to come.

Installation is quiet and safe without loud machinery, hazardous materials, noxious fumes, hot tar or open flames. A new Duro-Last roofing system can often be installed over an existing roof without an expensive tear-off, virtually eliminating debris that could disrupt your activities or damage valuables.

The Duro-Last white membrane has the highest retained reflectivity of any single-ply membrane rated by the EPA's ENERGY STAR Roof Products Program. Duro-Last can help reduce air conditioner usage, thus reducing energy consumption and cost.

You will also be glad to know that Duro-Last has a "Recycle Your Roof" program that enables contractors to return "used" roofing systems for recycling into commercial flooring and other construction materials by Duro-Last sister company, Oscoda Plastics, Inc. Recycling is not only good for the environment, but it saves you money by reducing the cost of disposal.

Unlike conventional asphalt/bitumen based roofing materials the Duro-Last single-ply membrane is non-curing; patches, curbs, vents or other alterations can be easily hot air welded to the existing roof for the life of the system. What does this mean to you? This means you can expand your roof, add solar, remove a vent, add a skylight, all without compromising the integrity, longevity, or warranty of your roof.
